WorldKey Travelers maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer information.
Safeguards We Use
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) across the Site and customer account area.
- Encrypted storage of sensitive data at rest with our infrastructure provider.
- Access controls that limit customer information to team members who need it to serve you.
- Payment processing through PCI-compliant providers so we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Regular software updates, dependency reviews, and vulnerability monitoring.
- Vendor due diligence before onboarding new service providers.
Your Role
Please use a strong, unique password for your customer account and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Reporting a Vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email travel@worldkeytravelers.com with the details. Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it.
