WorldKey Travelers monitors bookings for signs of fraud to protect our customers, suppliers, and business.
Verification
We may request additional verification before confirming or ticketing certain bookings, including a copy of the cardholder's government ID, a copy of the payment card (with all but the last four digits obscured), a signed authorization form, or a video verification call.
Red Flags
We reserve the right to hold, cancel, or refuse bookings that show indicators of fraud, including mismatched billing and cardholder details, use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or attempts to circumvent supplier rules.
Reporting Fraud
If you believe your payment method or account has been used without your permission, contact us immediately at travel@worldkeytravelers.com and your card issuer.
