Accepted Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards processed through our authorized payment provider. Other methods may be available on request and at our discretion.
Deposits and Final Payments
Most bookings require a non-refundable deposit at time of confirmation and full payment by a supplier deadline (typically 60-120 days before departure). Deposit and final-payment schedules are disclosed in writing before you confirm.
Authorizations
By providing a payment method, you authorize WorldKey Travelers and the applicable supplier to charge the agreed amounts, including deposits, final payments, mandatory taxes and fees, and any charges you approve after departure (such as added services).
Currency
Charges are billed in U.S. dollars unless disclosed otherwise. Foreign transaction fees and currency conversion by your card issuer are your responsibility.
Declined or Failed Payments
If a charge is declined or reversed for any reason, your booking may be cancelled and standard supplier penalties may apply. See our Chargeback Policy.
