Filing a Chargeback
Filing a chargeback with your card issuer for services that have been booked, delivered, or that fall under a supplier's non-refundable terms may constitute a breach of these Terms. We will contest chargebacks with documentation including your booking approval, invoice, confirmation, communications, and consent to our policies.
Consequences of Improper Chargebacks
If a chargeback is decided in our favor or is later found to have been improper, you agree to reimburse WorldKey Travelers for the disputed amount, any fees imposed by the card network, and reasonable costs of collection, including attorneys' fees. Improper chargebacks may result in cancellation of future services and being declined for future bookings.
