To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorldKey Travelers, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost enjoyment, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services will not exceed the greater of (a) the total planning or service fees you paid to WorldKey Travelers for the affected booking in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
