Neither WorldKey Travelers nor our suppliers are liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including:
- Natural disasters, severe weather, wildfires, floods, earthquakes, and volcanic activity.
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, embargoes, and border closures.
- Public health emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and related travel restrictions.
- Strikes, labor disputes, and transportation disruptions.
- Utility failures, cyberattacks, and infrastructure outages.
If a Force Majeure event affects your trip, refunds, credits, and rebooking options are determined by the supplier and any travel insurance you have purchased. We will assist you in pursuing available remedies.
