Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or your use of our Site or services are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Informal Resolution First
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at travel@worldkeytravelers.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 60 days.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in New York, or by videoconference, at the arbitrator's discretion. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
No Class Actions
Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are not permitted, to the extent allowed by law.
Exceptions
Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court, and either party may seek equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
