WorldKey Travelers arranges travel through independent third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, ground transportation providers, activity operators, and insurance carriers.
We act as an independent agent for these suppliers. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any of them and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, damages, or failures to perform.
Each supplier has its own contract of carriage, terms and conditions, policies, and limitations of liability that apply to your booking. By booking through us, you agree to be bound by those supplier terms.
Any claim you have arising out of a service provided by a supplier is against that supplier. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release WorldKey Travelers from any liability for supplier performance.
