Airlines
Air tickets are governed by the operating carrier's contract of carriage. Airlines can change schedules, aircraft, routings, and fares. Most tickets are non-refundable and carry change fees. Baggage allowances, seat assignments, and in-flight services are set by the airline.
Hotels and Resorts
Room categories, bedding, and views are requested but not guaranteed. Resort fees, destination fees, parking, and other charges may be collected by the property at check-in. Star ratings and amenity descriptions come from the property or third-party sources and are not warranted by WorldKey Travelers.
Cruises
Cruises are governed by the cruise line's Passage Contract or Ticket Contract. Itineraries, ports of call, and shipboard services can change due to weather, mechanical issues, or operational needs. Onboard purchases, gratuities, and shore excursions are subject to cruise line terms.
