These Booking Terms & Conditions apply when you request a quote or confirm a booking with WorldKey Travelers. They are in addition to our Terms and Conditions and the terms of the applicable travel supplier(s).
Our Booking Process
1. You submit a quote or trip request through our Site, email, phone, or account area. 2. We research options and share a written proposal, typically within one to three business days. 3. You review, request revisions, and approve the proposal in writing (email or account confirmation). 4. We collect the required deposit or full payment and confirm bookings with suppliers. 5. We send confirmations, invoices, and pre-departure information.
Confirmation and Documentation
A booking is confirmed only once payment is received and we send a written confirmation with reservation numbers. It is your responsibility to review names, dates, and details on all confirmations and notify us of corrections within 24 hours.
Names and Travel Documents
Names on all bookings must exactly match government-issued travel documents. Corrections after ticketing may incur supplier fees or require rebooking at prevailing rates.
Planning and Service Fees
WorldKey Travelers may charge planning, research, or service fees separately from supplier costs. Any such fees will be disclosed in writing before you approve a booking and are non-refundable once work has begun, unless we state otherwise in writing.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and by each supplier's rules.

Health, Safety, and Entry Requirements
