Our Role
WorldKey Travelers acts as an independent agent. We do not own, operate, or control the airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transfer companies, or other travel suppliers whose services we book. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the applicable supplier, in addition to these Terms.
Quotes and Bookings
Quotes are estimates based on information you provide and supplier availability at the time of preparation. Prices, availability, and terms can change until a booking is confirmed and deposit or payment is received. Booking Terms & Conditions and our Cancellation & Refund Policy apply to every booking.
Payments
Payments are processed through our authorized payment provider. Additional details are in our Payment Policy.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information (including legal names matching travel documents).
- Ensure you have valid passports, visas, entry permissions, and health documentation required for your itinerary (see Passport, Visa & Entry Requirements Disclaimer).
- Review all confirmations carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.
- Comply with supplier rules and the laws of destinations you visit.
Acceptable Use
Use of the Site is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to interfere with the Site, misuse our services, or infringe our intellectual property.
