- Contact details you provide through quote forms, booking requests, contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, or our customer account area: name, email, phone, mailing address.
- Travel preferences you share with us: destinations, dates, travelers, budget, dietary needs, accessibility requirements, loyalty program numbers, passport information required for bookings.
- Booking and payment information processed through our payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Account information if you create a customer account: email, sign-in method, saved trips, wishlist entries.

- Travel suppliers: airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transfer companies, and insurance providers necessary to fulfill your booking. These suppliers use your information under their own privacy policies.

- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WorldKey Travelers, our customers, or others.

Data Retention
We keep booking records for as long as needed to service your trip, comply with tax and travel-industry recordkeeping requirements, and defend legal claims. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Consent records are kept for the life of your account plus seven years.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your Rights
